The Marriage Pact

Marriage Pact is a research-backed matching experience that pairs college students with their most compatible person on campus. I joined as a Launch Project Lead, responsible for expanding the platform to new universities — onboarding school partner teams, coaching them on growth strategy, and coordinating with engineering to ensure match releases went out on time and without a hitch.
The work was equal parts strategy and execution. I taught partner teams how to think about viral, word-of-mouth growth on campus — identifying key connectors, timing drops to build anticipation, and designing campaign materials they could use across print and social. The goal was always the same: get 50%+ of the student body to participate and make the match reveal feel like a campus moment.
